Villa Bella

72 Via Bella has been my winter home for 3 yrs and each year is better than the last. The house is large, comfortable, beautifully decorated with many windows. It has neutral colors. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The best part of this rental is Greenday Vacation Rentals staff. They are always right there at any time to help or fix something. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable in all areas! I look forward to another season here.

This was my second year renting this house. Not only is the house beautiful, Greenday is amazing. No matter what question you have, a simple text is responded to immediately and problem is solved. The house is open, bright, well decorated and very comfortable. Looking forward to another wonderful season next year.

We arrived at Via Bella in mid-April following a long trip from Florida. As soon as we walked into this beautiful home we were instantly transported to a place of beauty and tranquility. Every little detail had been taken care of and the home was immaculate. We especially appreciated the beautiful roses they had left for us! We knew we were in store for a restful and relaxed stay at 72 Via Bella as our home base, while also indulging in all the excitement and adventure the desert has to offer. Our hopes did not disappoint us, everything was beyond perfect! We feel very comfortable that if we had we had a service request it would have been taken care of promptly. We highly recommend Greenday for anyone who is looking for a luxurious, worry free vacation!

I’ve rented this property since 2017. Obviously, it has been a place that met my needs so perfectly! My children and grandchildren love it, too and look forward to their visits here. The location is great, and Greenday has always been most welcoming and available.

I stayed 5 weeks in this lovely home and enjoyed every single day of my vacation. The primary bedroom, game room, living room, dining room and kitchen all look out to the beautiful patio and pool with the mid-fairway of the 17th hole of the Gary Player golf course and mountains as a backdrop. All the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed while still extremely comfortable and not fussy.The primary bedroom is quite sumptuous and provides a perfect retreat from the rest of the house. It has two large walk-in closets and a virtual private spa complete with jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, toilet room, two sinks and separate make-up vanity. The bedroom has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to a private patio near the pool and outdoor spa.I was very impressed with the consistency of the pool maintenance (2X per week, like clockwork) and the gardening staff. Together they kept the outdoor areas clean and tidy at all times.I had two out of town guests visit me on separate weekends and I set them up in the detached casita. Both guests reported that the casita, with full bath and kitchenette, was exceedingly comfortable and made their stay deluxe experience.The house has two ensuite guest bedrooms in the main house, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds.The garage has direct access to the enormous kitchen by way of the laundry room which made grocery transfers a breeze.Last, but not least, is the very professional and highly capable property management company Greenday Vacation Rentals. The very few maintenance concerns I reported were handled the same day by surprisingly courteous and efficient Greenday personnel.All in all, this is a very special property and is perfect for a family vacation but also perfect for a single or couple who are looking for a luxurious yet comfortable extended getaway. I would definitely book again and highly recommend this property.
