I couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional service provided by Greenday in managing the rental home at 16 Colonial Dr. in Mission Hills. The house was in pristine condition and well stocked with everything one needs for winter getaway. From start to finish, their team has been outstanding—professional, responsive, and truly attentive to every detail. The Greenday staff goes above and beyond, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Their communication is excellent, and they handle every situation with care and expertise. It’s clear they take great pride in their work, and it shows in the results. I feel completely confident in their commitment to my comfort and would highly recommend Greenday to anyone looking for top-tier property management. Truly a first-class experience!

We have been using Greenday for several years now and highly recommend them and will be back next year. The Greenday staff: Dan, Steve, David, and Jason are quick to respond to any issues. Mirage Oasis is right on the Golf Course and has a nice mountain view. It is also an easy walk down to the Westin Hotel which has a restaurant.

Mirage Oasis has spectacular views rarely found like this in the valley. West facing patio offers a vista of the Westin Pete Dye course and the San Jacinto mountains - especially beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The kitchen is well stocked and updated. The TVs are great. Primary bedroom is roomy. The walk in shower is lovely. Ventilation works great. The "Colonial Pool" neighborhood is the most delightful in Mission Hills. We have made new life long friends there and hope to go back!

We loved our 3 month stay Jan-Apr 2024 at Mirage Oasis. First, location, location, location - the 3 most important things in real estate. This property has unparalleled breathtaking views from the interior and patio. We loved just sitting and gazing across the valley of the golf course and further east to the mountains and sunsets. Spectacular.The living spaces are are excellent, with comfortable furniture and wonderful views - one goes to the desert for the light and feeling like one is outside while being inside. The kitchen again has great views while being in a well organized and roomy space that has everything one needs to cook, serve and clean. The primary bedroom and en suite are very comfortable bed, good furniture and large shower and double sink vanity.Ventilation, ceiling fans worked well to keep us comfortable at all times.And among the key features is the responsiveness and support of Greenday's management. They are easy to reach and respond quickly to texts. They helped, fixed, supported us in so many ways. We will be back next year and the next...

Greenday is by far the best vacation rental company we have ever dealt with. The entire team is professional and attended to our every need. Whenever we had a question or issue, they responded immediately. Mirage Oasis was the perfect home to spend the month. Beautiful place with spectacular views of the mountains and golf course made for amazing sunrise and sunset relaxation. The hot air balloon festival was an added treat to witness right from our patio. We can't wait for our return trip through Greenday, which I hope will be extended to several months. This visit to Rancho Mirage, which included 13 rounds of golf on some of the best I have ever played, fabulous restaurants, and spectacular weather, has me already planning our next visit.

Mirage Oasis was lovely. A nice three bedroom two bath with incredible views. Additionally, the appliances, utensils etc. were just what we needed. A major plus is the service oriented nature of the manager/management company....Greenday consistently went above and beyond when contacted with any questions or issues (for example-we forgot to take out the garbage - they sent a guy to pick it up). We had no hot water or gas...they sent a guy with in ten minutes. They are responsive, courteous and always available. If we did not buy a home in the area, we would have rented from this company every year.

The Greenday property management team far exceeds any help I've had from these large rental companies. The ease of booking was perfectly managed by Steven Taorminaand what started as a one month rental extended to 3 months with the help of Steven. (Our house hunting search lasted longer than we expected.)The condo at 16 Colonial Drive is to die for! If we could have bought this condo my house-hunting search would have been over! The unit is like new, with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (the upstairs casita was closed for the owner, who never used it).The greatest attribute of the condo is the location. The views over the 18 fairway and 15th tee of the Pete Dye Westin course to the mountains is spectacular. The sunsets over 3 months were fabulous.Walking to the Westin resort is two minutes and although we ate most meals at the condo, the Westin has a great restaurant.The unit is well maintained and the TVs, AC, showers, etc worked to perfection. We did have one issue with the refrigerator, and after checking, Greenday replaced it!This is a condo with neighbors on both sides. This was never an issue. Our condo was the only one with a pool. So the neighbors never were outside on the hot days. And, what a great pool! The water surprisingly stayed cool in August when it was the hottest. The pool has 3 in-pool, bar stools for watching golfers and sunsets. The unit was well stocked with pool towels, bathroom supplies and kitchen ware. We ate most meals in the condo and my wife said the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Mission Hills is a nice gated community and Greenday helps arrange a transponder for gate entry for monthly rentals.The Greenday team is the best. We wanted stronger blinds for the Western sun and Ryan was over to install them. The issues with the refrigerator brought Ryan and Jason to check it out. Any little issue was answered within minutes from the Greenday team.The property is exceptional, like new, everything works, beds comfortable, etc, etc. Also big garage for our large SUV!However, what made it special was a management team that knows what they're doing!Book this property!
