Desert Escape

At the last minute, I decided to get away for July, and to bring the dog along, but it's June 30th. Given my last minute plans, I doubted I would find a vacation rental that would also allow my dog Then I was referred to Greenday Vacation rentals, and they were able to accommodate me including the dog! I booked the 2bd/2ba vacation rental at the Desert Escape in the Mission Hills Country Club. This place was awesome,(you really want to see check-out the Desert Escape on the web-site). I was surprised at the quality of the vacation rental, but I was completely astonished at the level of customer service that was consistent thought-out booking and during the stay. Case in point; 2am - At the last minute, I needed help accessing the property. Not only did they respond within 5 minutes of the request, they also provided the resolve and got me re- access into the property. ***Shout- out to David, YOU ROCK!*** Thanks for all your help. Overall, my "At last minute get away" was stellar, thanks Greenday. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the exquisite design, luxurious amenities, and breathtaking views.The villa itself was a masterpiece. Every detail, from the midcentury furnishings to the impeccable landscaping, was thoughtfully considered, the outdoor living spaces were perfect for relaxing and entertaining.But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by the Greenday team. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their dedication to providing personalized service was truly remarkable.I cannot recommend this villa and the Greenday team highly enough. It was an unforgettable experience that I will cherish for years to come.

This was my second time staying with Greenday Properties, and once again, they exceeded all expectations. Both stays were absolutely flawless, and I can't imagine booking with anyone else.The properties themselves are top-notch — beautifully maintained, clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Honestly, I barely had to reach out to the staff because everything was perfectly prepared for my arrival. But what truly sets Greenday apart is their incredible customer service and attention to detail.During my most recent stay, a freak incident occurred when the landscapers accidentally shattered a sliding glass door. Understandably, I was concerned, but Greenday's response blew me away. Within an hour of reporting it, a team was on-site, securing the area and ensuring our safety. To my amazement, the entire door was replaced within 48 hours. That level of promptness and care is just unmatched in my experience with other rental companies.The greenday team was such a pleasure to work with. I rarely needed to reach out to them. But the few minor issues that came up were handled just as professionally — quick responses, no hassle, and always a friendly attitude. It's clear they value their guests and are committed to making every stay seamless and enjoyable.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greenday Properties to anyone. They've set the bar incredibly high, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay!
