Mission Hills Golf and Tennis

Within the gates of Mission Hills Country Club sits the Westin Mission Hills Resort which is home to the Gary Player Signature Golf Course and the Pete Dye Resort Course that weave throughout the rolling hills of the country club.

The Gary Player Signature Course, GOLF Magazine praised this remarkable course as being “difficult, well-designed, and joyful” and that it “may be the best golf course in the Palm Springs area.”  This 7,062-yard, par 72 course is renowned for its environmentally careful integration with the desert landscape and features a Callaway Pro Shop to fulfill any needs you might have for equipment or clothing.

The Pete Dye Resort Course is one of the area’s loveliest, but toughest courses. The rolling fairways, water hazards, and four sets of tees provide a challenge for golfers of all skill levels.  This 6,706-yard, par 70, award-winning championship course just steps away from the resort, and as such shares the same majestic mountain views.

Both of these courses are open to all golf enthusiasts.  For more information and to reserve your tee time call 760-328-3198.

Featured Facility of the Year Award

After completing a rigorous application process, Mission Hills was selected as the first-ever recipient of the award, as well as one of four clubs across the nation to be recognized as a Large Private Outstanding Facility of the Year for 2009.

This award is given to the one facility (among those chosen for the USTA Outstanding Facility Award) that demonstrates exceptional excellence in facility design, court construction, amenities, and related components, and promotes high standards in tennis facilities that enhance the enjoyment of tennis in their local area. This award also recognizes Mission Hills as an early adapter of the QuickStart tennis format.
